Unlike the majority of holiday villas in Protaras, this fabulous property is located somewhat away from the main tourist throng.
Set back about a hundred metres from one of the main roads leading into the resort, the villa is surrounded on three sides by agricultural land and, as you can see from the image to the left, features some truly exquisite views of the Mediterranean Sea and the island’s coast.

With a living area of about a hundred and thirty square metres and a large pool-side patio, complete with BBQ, our villa provides an ideal base for those wishing to visit Cyprus without becoming part of the mainstream tourist crowd.

Situated in the extreme south-east of Cyprus, the small resort town of Protaras is renowned for its fantastic climate, superb beaches and welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
The town itself has only developed into a tourist destination during the last decade or so, primarily due to a growing influx of British and other foreign tourists being drawn by the fabulous beaches at Konnos Bay, Fig Tree Bay and Pernera.

As a result of this growing popularity, Protaras now sports just about every kind of facility and entertainment venue imaginable, ranging from a multitude of different water sports via game fishing and an Ocean Aquarium to the numerous restaurants, hotels and tavernas scattered throughout the town.

As previously mentioned, Protaras is famed for its many fine beaches; indeed, almost every bay within the resorts seems to contain a sand beach where one may enjoy the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea or try one of the many available water sports.

Amongst these, special mention is deserved by Fig Tree Bay, a nearly one thousand metre long stretch of fine sand, lining bulk of the resort’s coastline.
Somewhat to the north-west of Fig Tree Bay, may be found the somewhat smaller, but equally fine Pernera Beach, whereas Protaras’ south-eastern fringes are home to the famous Konnos Bay with its scenically stunning stretch of beach.
