Our superb Holiday Villa
in Protaras
|
Our superb holiday villa in Protaras
is located less than one kilometre (about a three minute
drive) from the resort’s fantastic beaches, restaurants,
tavernas and many other amenities.
The villa features a living area of about one hundred and thirty
square metres, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living
and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including granite
work surfaces and all electrical appliances one would expect
from a luxury holiday villa.
All furnishings, fittings and appliances are brand new as
of March 2006 and the villa is fully air conditioned throughout.
The living area is equipped with a Television, DVD player,
stereo system and two very comfortable sofas.

One of the property’s three bedrooms can be found
on the ground floor, a further two are located on the upper
floor of the villa.
It is really impossible to overemphasise the fantastic location
of this villa.
Set amongst fields on the outskirts of Protaras, it is truly
set in one of the most peaceful spots in the area and boasts
what are possibly some of the finest sea views in Protaras.
Sitting by the large swimming pool on those long, warm summer
evenings, one can fully appreciate just how peaceful this
setting truly is.
In fact, the loudest sound you are likely to hear is the
sizzling of the poolside barbecue.

The poolside patio is bordered by a line of rose bushes
and a sizeable lawn; a tall fence ensuring privacy from the
neighbouring villa which is the only other nearby property.
Besides the swimming pool, an outside shower provides an opportunity
to cool down on a long summer’s afternoon.
It is worth mentioning that the patio also comes complete
with all the necessary poolside furnishings, including sun-beds,
parasols, tables, chairs and a large barbecue, perfect for
a relaxing afternoon or evening by the pool.
Since our holiday villa in Protaras is set back almost a
hundred metres from the road, even traffic noise is minimal.
